Keepslip is a local workspace for purchase owners. It brings together purchase proof, policy notes, return and warranty dates in browser storage. Visitors can add a purchase or sample, then edit proof and dates, then filter records and export calendar dates. The interface keeps its working actions close to their context, so the next decision is visible. Merchant policies are user-entered records, not guarantees.

The problem with a lost receipt is usually not the paper. It is the confidence that we will remember where the paper went. A useful archive asks for one small habit before memory becomes an investigation.
The record gathers evidence and time in one place. A deadline filter can reduce attention spent on distant purchases, while the policy note prevents the interface from pretending every return follows the same rule. Calendar export hands the reminder to a tool the user already controls. That is a deliberately modest division of responsibility.
The card metaphor matters because a purchase is remembered as a thing, not as a document format. Searching for the item or shop takes the visitor back to the relevant record. From there, the proof and the policy context are close enough to examine together. Keepslip asks for a small amount of intentional filing in exchange for less reconstruction later. It cannot recover an archive after its browser data has been erased, so important proofs deserve an exported copy.
Search should begin with the thing you remember. Find an item or a shop, then open its record. You should not need to remember the filename of a receipt. Your archive stays on this device. That is a useful boundary, not a backup strategy. Download the proof and export important dates before you need them elsewhere.
